It is no secret that the Garden Island of Kauai, as it was fondly named by Hawaiians, has the most Lush and Colorful Tropical Vegetation of the Islands. This is because of the abundant rainfall in some parts of Kauai. The average annual rainfall in Poipu is less than 30 inches. Poipu Beach, on the South shore, abounds in Sunshine, accented by Gentle Trade Winds, and daytime temperatures in the 70s and 80s year round.

Poipu Sands is adjacent to The Grand Hyatt and renowned Anara Spa. Just beyond is Poipu Bay Golf Course, host of the PGA Grand Slam from 1994 through 2006.

On site, enjoy our Large Heated Pool, Private Tennis Court and Shipwreck Beach. Within 5-7 minutes from our condos, also enjoy both Poipu Beach & Mahalulepu Beach, 2 fine golf courses, the 8 tennis court complex along our Poipu Kai Association's greenbelt and Second pool with a Hottub. In addition, experience great hiking along the ocean while enjoying sea life, a Dozen Fine Restaurants and the Extraordinary National Botanical Gardens.
